About WRSSF Western Region Social Service Forum (WRSSF) is the Social Development Wing of the Western Region Bishop’s Council. The Western Region Social Service Forum is a registered charitable society comprising three richly varied colourful states of Goa, Gujarat and Maharashtra. It inspires, animates, supports and promotes developmental interventions of the poor and marginalized individuals, families and communities through 16 Diocesan Social Service Societies of the region.
